Question 2

How do we start working together?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form on this site — all inquiries are confidential and we reply within two business days. Most engagements begin with an intelligence brief; if it surfaces a larger need, we move into a project or a retainer.

Question 3

How do you price engagements?

Accepted Answer

Intelligence briefs start at $1,500 with a fixed scope and fixed price. Projects start at $8,000 and are quoted as a fixed fee before work begins. Advisory retainers start at $4,000/month with a 3-month minimum. You will always know the cost before we begin.
